All reservations must be guaranteed / paid at the minute you enter the hotel, for this Cumbres Hotels will use the guarantee card to charge the total stay in the following terms:

14 days before arrival

At check-in, a guarantee of USD50 per room per night will be taken, which will be refunded at checkout, deducting the extras of the stay.

Cumbres Hotels does not accept pets in its dependencies, only pets duly accredited by a medical certificate. 

If this is the case, the certificate must be sent to reservas@hotelescumbres.cl to validate the reservation.
